5-Day Return Policy
We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition

Product should be returned with original packaging

All accessories, tags, manuals, and invoice must be included

Proof of purchase or Order ID is required
Returns requested after 5 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos for verification.
After review, we may provide:

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Cash On Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash On Delivery (COD) service on eligible orders across India.

COD availability may vary depending on the delivery location/pincode

Smart Khareed reserves the right to cancel COD orders in case of suspicious activity, fake orders, or unreachable customers

For COD orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed to the customerβs bank account or UPI after successful return pickup and inspection
Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or bank account/UPI (for COD orders)

Refunds may take 5β7 business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We only replace products if they are:

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
