Welcome to Smart Khareed. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

5-Day Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Product should be returned with original packaging

  • All accessories, tags, manuals, and invoice must be included

  • Proof of purchase or Order ID is required

Returns requested after 5 days of delivery may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Please mention:

  • Order ID

  • Registered mobile number

  • Reason for return

  • Product photos/videos (if damaged or defective)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • a damaged product

  • a defective item

  • a wrong product

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos for verification.

After review, we may provide:

  • replacement

  • exchange

  • refund

depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Hygiene & personal care items

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash On Delivery (COD) service on eligible orders across India.

  • COD availability may vary depending on the delivery location/pincode

  • Smart Khareed reserves the right to cancel COD orders in case of suspicious activity, fake orders, or unreachable customers

  • For COD orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed to the customer’s bank account or UPI after successful return pickup and inspection

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or bank account/UPI (for COD orders)

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We only replace products if they are:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Smart Khareed reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
